Company documentation can be difficult to navigate when information is spread across files.

My part in it.

I built an internal knowledge agent for a small business. Its name and documents remain private.

• A knowledge agent based on company documentation
• A way for management to query institutional knowledge

A note on the work.

The aim was to make existing knowledge easier to find. This case study intentionally leaves out private client details.
